ST ANN CHURCH & RECTORY
This is a nice return back into development for this project which you can see started as “SWIFT RIVER INSTITUTE” [in “PLANNING”] by the same developer. It will now become a smaller scope at this new location which originally was another project you can see “ON THE BOARDS” called “TURNERS FALLS LIBRARY” that failed to get funding.
Both project sites have had several economic starts and stops and this may soon complete the historic preservation of the St Ann's Church & Rectory. That project site was first planned to be a Performing Arts Center by the same developer and was approved for 1.2 million in Historic Preservation Tax Credits. This new use should be able to gain tax credits again but now it will be as a digital motion media production & training facility in a regional center.
