This project was slowed down by the great recession but is now being reconsidered as a single tower project of yet to be determined height. It will include most all of the environmental benefits as proposed in the original project. Among these are;
Stopping sprawl in its vicinity,
increasing open park space,
adding to the bike path transportation off the roadways,
reducing municipal water and waste uses,
lowering fossil energy consumption, increasing alternative energy use,
providing a large community interaction living environment with a large green open common area individual living units will have a green garden exterior deck rail while the cars will be stored in a multilevel undercover base. The plan would minimize need for snow removal and salt use as the building will be "weather proof".
